The River Tower Luxury 1 King Bed provided a spacious setup with impressive river views that set the mood for relaxation. The hotel is conveniently positioned with easy access to the casino and dining options, making it a breeze to grab a bite on the go.

Housekeeping services didn’t exist during my three-night stay, which was frustrating when I wanted fresh towels. Parking was a real pain, as you had to lug your luggage 46 steps up from the bottom lot to the lobby, not ideal for anyone with a lot of bags. Also, the lack of a microwave in the room felt like a missed opportunity for some simple food prep.

I had a delightful stay at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Hotel. The room felt comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. However, parking was quite distant from the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

It was just a fitting option for a mini-vacation in Murphy with value for money. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated that they moved us to a room closer to the elevator when they realized my husband has Parkinson’s.

My River Tower Deluxe Room King was comfortable with a great view. The room was clean, and I appreciated the large amount of natural light coming in. The shower had good water pressure, though I missed having a bathtub. Also, be aware that the food options were on the pricier side. I found it inconvenient that there was an $8 daily charge for TV and coffee maker usage. Still, the overall ambiance and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free parking, a cozy bar/lounge area, and a helpful 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff assisted me in finding parking during my first stay. I highly recommend it and I’m coming back for a holiday.

In my wife’s opinion, parking was a hassle with it being so far from the hotel. The shuttle service wasn’t reliable, making it tough for us to get back and forth with three little ones. More attention to this would help families immensely.
